Ready to Meet is designed to work without an account or server. We do not operate a backend that collects, stores, or transmits your meetings, recordings, or calendar data.

Camera previews and microphone recordings run entirely on your Mac and are never saved to disk or uploaded anywhere.

Calendar events are read on-device from Apple Calendar to show upcoming meetings and schedule reminders; that data never leaves your Mac.

When you use the connectivity checks, Ready to Meet sends small requests to Apple and to the specific conferencing websites you enable, solely to confirm they are reachable. No meeting content, audio, or video is ever transmitted.

Ready to Meet does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking of any kind.

Your preferences (such as device selections and enabled conferencing providers) are stored locally on your Mac using standard macOS mechanisms and are never sent anywhere.
